furniture broke and not useable

I bought my benchcraft natural elements furniture at Art Van in Sept 2006. The woodframe parts are warranted for lifetime but bottom of chair is dropping out because wood is broken. Chair is used occasionally and not by heavy people. It has probably been sat in 50 times. There is no way to contact company to complain about wood. Art Van only give 1 year warranty. Have looked for company on internet but can't find way to contact the. What a ripoff. The chair cost $500.00. I am not happy! I wish I could contact company to see what they say.
